Well then we are happy to introduce you our summer workout of dream! Every Sunday morning we gonna meet at Burgplatz (Altstadt) and then all fun is starting! We run 5km together along the river and then go to our cozy studio in downtown for PILATSflex!

Sounds like a challenge? Probably! But we love to leave the comfort zone!

Well exactly in the summer time with a beautiful team around you it's gonna be just fun and pleasure, and your body will be so thankfully after!
